💚 Celery Pineapple Juice
Think of this as spa day in a glass.
Ingredients:

Pineapple

Fresh ginger
Juice together and enjoy fresh, or freeze into cubes for a quick boost when your energy’s running low.

🍳 Cottage Cheese Egg Bakes
Protein-packed and no-fuss.
Ingredients:

Salt + pepper
Directions:
Mix everything together in individual glass bowls (we love the no-mess, no-muffin-tin approach). Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes or until set. Store in the fridge for quick, satisfying breakfasts all week.
🍗 Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken Pasta
We roasted broccoli and used baked chicken breast for an easy spin on this Tasty recipe.
It’s creamy, comforting, and reheats beautifully—perfect for lunch or dinner.
🌮 Taco Bowls with Elote Corn Salad
These bowls are as colorful as they are delicious.
Build your bowl with:

Elote Corn Salad
Ingredients:

Corn (grilled or canned)

Greek yogurt

Mayo

Salt + pepper

Toss everything together and keep chilled—this also makes a great dip!
🍞 Sourdough Starter Bread

Simple Sourdough Recipe:

4 cups flour

Water (enough to form dough consistency)
